Vintage Inspiration

Since today we were looking at Vintage elements in Scrapbooking (I'll post the spread tomorrow,) I took my design onto a card as well.  It uses the little-used (at least by me) "popping pastel" idea on the Medallion stamp for a subtle aged look.  The purple resist-looking piece of paper is actually a sliver of Stampin' Up!'s Designer Series Specialty Paper from the Summer Mini.  It comes white/on/white and you can add color to it to get the resist effect you want.  One of the photos is yellowish, but it shows the Lovely Lilac better.

Stamps: Medallion, Well Scripted
Ink: Versamark, Lovely Lilac
Paper:  Whisper White, Certainly Celery, Lovely Lilac, Designer Series Specialty Paper Presto Patterns
Accessories: Pretty's Kit, Sponge Dauber, Certainly Celery Stampin' Pastel, Ticket Corner Punch, Scallop Border Punch, Certainly Celery Satin Ribbon, Stampin' Up! Sizzlit Lots of Tags, Sizzix Big Shot Machine, Mini Glue Dots.
